WI Department of Health & Family Services (DHFS) has released the “Application to

Contract as an Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC).”  For ADRCs serving

Care Management Organizations (CMO) with a January 1, 2008, start-up, the

application must be submitted by August 1, 2007.  Otherwise, applications should be

submitted no later than three months before the ADRC starts or five months before

the CMO starts. 

In the Family Partnership Care Management Coalition, each county (or a group of

counties) will be applying to be an ADRC.

WI Department of Health & Family Services (DHFS has issued a "Request for

Proposals (RFP) to Contract as a Managed Care Organization for Delivery of

Managed Long-Term Care in Selected Service Areas.”

The deadline for the proposal is 4:00 pm, Friday, July 13, 2007. One of the service

areas comprises the11 counties in the Family Partnership Care Management

Coalition.
