There are 12 counties in the FPCMC: Columbia, Dodge, Green Lake, Jefferson, Marquette, Ozaukee, Sauk, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha and Waushara. 

 Examples of County Board Resolution on Family Care and ADRCs

Several County Boards are either considering or have passed resolutions regarding Family Care and Aging and Disability Resource Centers.  Below are links to examples of those resolutions.  Please contact the specific FPCMC County Partner, listed in the Resources and Links Section, if there are questions about that County’s resolution or its status.
