The Family Care and Partnership programs began serving new members in Columbia County on March 1, 2008. This is the first group of eligible consumers in the county to be successfully transitioned from a waiver program. Consumers received options counseling and were presented with different program choices through the Columbia County Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) in Portage.
